To maintain our commitment to quality, we have a team of more than 6-8 highly skilled QC staff members who rigorously inspect and test our products. Additionally, our R&D team, comprising over 4-5 experts, continuously explores innovative technologies and design concepts to drive product advancements.


Our factory is equipped with advanced machinery and production processes that adhere to strict quality standards. Our production line begins with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) for precise component placement, followed by insertion and wave soldering machines that ensure secure connections. To guarantee product durability, we subject our products to temperature and humidity chambers for thorough testing.


At WITSON, we place great emphasis on quality control. We carefully select and procure components, which are then meticulously inspected and verified before being distributed. Our comprehensive inspection process includes screen process inspection, surface inspection, and plug-in inspection, all conducted to ensure the highest level of product quality.


To further guarantee excellence, we maintain a semi-finished products warehouse where our assembly line operates. Here, our dedicated team conducts PCB board adjustments, comprehensive tests, and assembly inspections. Additionally, we subject our products to an aging process to assess their performance and reliability.


Once the products pass our stringent quality checks, they proceed to the final stages of assembly, packaging, and a final comprehensive check. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that each product leaving our factory meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
